How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order when we call you for verification.

However, you cannot cancel after your parcel has been confirmed/dispatched.

Can MediHub cancel my order without notice?

We retain the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.

Can I return my order?

No returns can be made after purchase if it does not meet our valid reasons for return.
